We are seeking a dedicated and friendly customer service professional to join our team as a key member. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate product information.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service issues by clearly understanding customer complaints and determining effective solutions.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and update account information as needed.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with customers to provide updates or additional information when necessary.
- Elevate unresolved issues to management when required.
