
Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to effectively manage teams and ensure high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- To interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Demonstrate a passion for the brand and its values, promoting a positive image of the company at all times.
Guest Service Skills
- Greet all guests with a smile, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Honor guests by providing quick, friendly, and genuine service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Product Knowledge
- Ensure that baristas maintain high standards for product preparation, adhering to recipes and procedures at all times.
- Educate guests on Second Cup products and services, highlighting the unique features and benefits.
Teamwork and Communication
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to solve issues and improve quality and service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Cash Handling and Financial Management
- Ensure all baristas follow cash handling procedures during shifts, maintaining accurate records and minimizing errors.
- Follow business procedures for handling voids and cash handling mistakes, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Job Challenges and Opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of Second Cup products and services, staying up-to-date on new offerings and promotions.
- Maintain coffee freshness standards while controlling waste, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills, with a positive and caring attitude.
