Senior NetSuite Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite consultant to join our team. This senior-level position provides quality and innovative solution leadership to the NetSuite practice through working with project teams to deliver NetSuite solutions within constraints of time and budget.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Analyze business needs to ensure NetSuite solution meets customers' objectives by combining industry standard methodologies, product knowledge, and business acumen.
    • Review functional feature gaps that may arise and devise appropriate solutions across the NetSuite ecosystem with system landscape in mind.
    • Perform end-to-end system testing, assist customers with completing user acceptance testing (UAT) and system rollout / cutover.
    • Develop training plan for customer users and conduct training for customer and internal resources as needed.
    • Work with project teams to address customer issues during and after implementation project; recommend non-native NetSuite solutions include customizations and third-party solutions.
    • Provide guidance to project team and customers to ensure appropriate and long-term scalable use of NetSuite and third-party applications.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 10 years of ERP functional consulting experience.
    • Minimum 5 years of NetSuite functional consulting experience.
    • Minimum 5 full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects as a functional or techno-functional consultant.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient at getting hands-on with technology and presenting concepts effectively at various levels internally or with customers.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in business requirements analysis, solution design, data analysis and production issue resolution.
  • Bonus Skills:
    • Collecting, analyzing and documenting business requirements for designing custom software solutions.
    • High-level understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) for business applications.
    • Develop, optimize and support NetSuite customizations and integrations.
