Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate initial and follow-up calls to prospective leads, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-through

  • Answer customer inquiries accurately and provide solutions to meet their needs

  • Inform customers about current promotions and discounts, and develop strategies for more effective sales

  • Track all sales interactions, complaints, and status reports thoroughly for review by management

  • Listen to customer requirements and present solutions to make a sale

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

  • Provide accurate and timely cost calculations and quotations to customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
  • Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role
  • Real estate experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
