Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate initial and follow-up calls to prospective leads, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-through
Answer customer inquiries accurately and provide solutions to meet their needs
Inform customers about current promotions and discounts, and develop strategies for more effective sales
Track all sales interactions, complaints, and status reports thoroughly for review by management
Listen to customer requirements and present solutions to make a sale
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
Provide accurate and timely cost calculations and quotations to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role
- Real estate experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
