About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Fund Administration team as an Investor Relations Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing investor relations administration staff work, managing team workflow, and meeting set deadlines.

Key Job Tasks:

  1. Reviewing investor relations administration staff work for adherence to fund guidelines;
  2. Managing team workflow and prioritizing tasks for timely completion;
  3. Compiling accurate monthly reports and performing ad-hoc reporting duties;
  4. Supporting account managers in maintaining smooth team operations and following procedures;
  5. Liaising with clients to resolve issues and escalating concerns when necessary;
  6. Processing capital transactions during month-end periods and updating NAV;
  7. Maintaining share registers and reporting to investors;
  8. Communicating with auditors, fund participants, and advisors;
  9. Administering services under administration agreements for hedge funds and private equity funds;
  10. Managing shareholder registers and acting as transfer agent;
  11. Processing subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers;
  12. Performing investor-related services for fund clients;
  13. Ensuring timely data and record maintenance;
  14. Managing filing systems and updating investor records;
  15. Providing assistance to auditors and fund participants as needed.
