Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team with a primary focus on automation and AI-assisted testing.   • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for QA automation, incorporating AI-assisted tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
  • Lead efficient implementation and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the team.
  • Oversee planning and execution of the full QA lifecycle, ensuring proper test coverage across releases.
  • Define and monitor key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and drive agile testing techniques and best practices throughout QA teams.
  • Leading QA engineers and automation testers, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring clear test results, metrics, and quality issues to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a QA leadership or management role, with a focus on test automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Extensive experience implementing agile testing techniques and best practices.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
