Cognitive IT Solutions is seeking an experiencedChief Technology Officer (CTO)to lead our technical and development teams, oversee project execution, and drive innovation for our global clients. If you're a visionary leader with hands-on experience in team management and delivering successful IT projects, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional software development teams.

Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to final delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and clients to align technical strategies with business goals.

Build and enforce project timelines, sprint planning, and agile practices.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.

Guide team leads and developers on architecture, scalability, and coding standards.

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation across technical teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role such as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Project Manager.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

Hands-on experience with managing frontend, backend, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage both local and remote teams.

Proficient in project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Technical background with exposure to modern tech stacks and cloud platforms is a plus.
