Job Title: E-Commerce Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in East Coast dropshipping and 3PL operations to assume a pivotal role in our e-commerce organization.

The ideal candidate will oversee the management of our e-commerce platforms, optimize logistics processes, and enhance customer experiences through efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and seamless delivery.

  • End-to-end management of dropshipping and 3PL operations for timely order processing, accurate inventory tracking, and streamlined delivery procedures.
  • Collaboration with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize shipping costs through data-driven decision making.
  • Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction to drive process improvements.
  • Implementation of strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency, such as optimizing layout, integrating automation technologies, and streamlining workflows to maximize productivity.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics, preferably within the East Coast region.
  • Detailed understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
