Job Title: Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are met.

  • Manage guest complaints and feedback, report to higher management and conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily reviews to ensure product quality and presentation meet high standards.
  • Oversee staff management including attendance, leave, advances, hiring, documentation, personnel files, and vaccinations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols for both guests and staff.
  • Conduct daily inspections of outlets, maintain checklists and variance reports for FOH and BOH, as well as POS inspections.
  • Control operational costs and introduce cost-cutting measures to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on outlet operations.
  • Implement company policies and protocols.
  • Achieve upselling targets and provide training and development opportunities.
