Job Description:

The role of the Assistant Manager Operations entails managing a team and overseeing daily operations. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

This position also involves maintaining an overall management style that adheres to company best practices. This includes working closely with other teams to achieve common goals and leading by example.

The Assistant Manager Operations is also responsible for preparing and presenting employee reviews. This process ensures that all employees are aware of their strengths and areas for improvement, enabling them to grow professionally.

Additionally, this role involves taking disciplinary action when necessary, motivating employees to stay focused on the mission, and ensuring that tasks assigned by management are completed accurately and efficiently.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with updated processes and changes in the US Medical Billing industry.
  • Extensive experience in US Medical Billing, with a keen interest in organizational productivity and development.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
