About Customer Retention Role

We are seeking a skilled Telesales and Retention Officer to join our customer engagement team. The key focus of this role is to retain customers who initiate transaction cancellations and to reach out to users who couldn't complete their transactions, helping them complete the process.

This is a target-driven calling role that requires excellent communication and persuasion skills. The ideal candidate will be able to handle objections, provide solutions, and work closely with internal teams to resolve technical and service-related issues.

The successful candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience in telesales, retention, or customer support, and will be confident in handling conversations with customers. Strong verbal communication and listening skills are essential for success in this role.

The job involves:

  • Calling customers who are cancelling transactions and convincing them to proceed
  • Finding out why users were unable to complete their transactions and assisting them
  • Recording feedback and updating the CRM with all customer interactions
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to fix problems and improve services
