Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning business requirements with ERP processes in collaboration with the IT team, ensuring seamless operation of Oracle E-Business Suite and other enterprise applications.
  • Review and analyze existing ERP processes to assess their effectiveness and efficiency, and propose strategies for optimization and improved utilization of Oracle E-Business Suite modules.
  • Manage and implement changes in business processes by updating and configuring relevant Oracle E-Business Suite modules accordingly.
  • Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle Financial Modules in line with evolving business requirements.
  • Utilize Oracle PL/SQL to develop queries, scripts, and packages for automation and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in a relevant role - preferably exposure to manufacturing industry.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Implement changes in business processes.
  • Maintain Oracle Financial Modules.
  • Develop PL/SQL queries and scripts.
