About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to contribute their expertise to a dynamic team in a rapidly evolving market.

As a Transaction Tax Manager, your primary focus will be on helping clients navigate and address the tax implications of strategically important transactions. This includes acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, restructurings, and initial public offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction tax, with a focus on inbound and outbound investments. They will possess excellent managerial, organizational, project management, and analytical skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

You will work closely with a team of professionals across various disciplines and regions to combine diverse cross-border experience with local tax knowledge across a broad spectrum of industries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and participating in the successful delivery of transaction tax engagements.
  • Assisting senior managers or above with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building client networks and relationships.
  • Contributing to building and maintaining key client relationships by delivering exceptional client service.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from Transfer Pricing, International Tax Services, Indirect Tax, People Advisory Services, etc., in pursuing, managing, and delivering engagements.
