Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As a seasoned QA professional, provide expert guidance on business and quality parameters in project teams.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to meet evolving project needs.
  • Review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for both manual and automated testing.
  • Ensure compliance with defined standards and procedures for manual and automation test execution.
  • Coordinate business and QA aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis and application QA.
  • Create automation scripts using diverse tools (Selenium, Java, TestNG, APPIUM, Jenkins, Maven) to cover user stories for regression and performance testing of application releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities effectively.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and growth opportunities through exposure to innovative ideas, concepts, and patterns, with the ability to share findings effectively.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts for software testing professionals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Familiarity with Automation Testing tools (Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, JAVA), data structures, and algorithm design.
  • Proficiency in automation frameworks like Junit, TestNG, Xunit, CodedUI, SpecFlow, Pyunit, or custom in-house built frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and scripting principles.
  • Expertise in design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL query writing and database management.
  • Significant experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and Web Service API/Rest API.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including SCRUM.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
