Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the development of the Learning Management System, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the LMS, aligning it with university objectives and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement the LMS: Oversee all aspects of the LMS creation, from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Foster collaboration with systems, engineering, and coordination teams by identifying and managing dependencies.
  • Proactively Address Conflicts: Proactively address project conflicts and remove impediments to maintain high team productivity.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with the latest project management techniques and apply them to develop, execute, and improve the LMS.
Requirements
  1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP): Certification required.
  2. Two Years of Web Application Development Experience: Hands-on experience in developing web applications using modern web technologies.
  3. One Year of Advanced Learning Technologies Experience: Experience in implementing advanced learning technologies.
  4. One Year of Academic Environment Experience: Experience working in an academic environment.
  5. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to motivate team members and communicate effectively.
