We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Commerce group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving requirements and features for reliable payment and recurring billing experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager working across multiple technical projects. You will have global payments, e-commerce, in-app purchase (IAP) experience with direct payment processing, VAT/taxes, fraud, billing, churn, monetization experience with one-time purchases, add-ons, bundles, subscriptions, data migration and financial reporting experience.

You will also have the ability to function in changing environments and communicate complex ideas effectively. Strong business acumen balancing strategic initiatives and engineering needs is essential. Understanding of development methodologies, including waterfall and agile, financial reconciliation and data/analytics experience with documentation skills, and results-driven attitude in a fast-paced environment are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive requirements and features for reliable payment and recurring billing experiences
  • Triage multiple initiatives to tackle the right problems at the right time
  • Lead by influence and establish vision and execution
  • Articulate business impact and technical constraints effectively
  • Create and drive team direction and strategy in engineering and project management
  • Document technical and business requirements and maintain them
  • Guide development teams to deliver platform capabilities aligned with roadmap goals
  • Communicate how product-level goals fit into divisional goals and impact success or failure
  • Discover technical requirements and dependencies on external teams and third-party partners
  • Create problem statements and drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Understand Commerce data flow into business intelligence and financial systems
