Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to lead the technical development of our new web-based project management platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing both backend and frontend components, using your expertise in Python, FastAPI or Django, and other relevant technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability. If you have experience with real-time systems, data visualization, or UI/UX design, that's a plus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and build backend services using Python (FastAPI or Django)
  • Implement real-time messaging features using WebSockets or other event-based technologies
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using libraries like Chart.js, ECharts, or similar
  • Deploy and manage the application on DigitalOcean, with CI/CD via GitHub Actions

Requirements:
  • 2 years of full-stack development experience
  • Proficiency with Python, especially FastAPI or Django
  • Comfortable working independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JWT authentication, and frontend/backend integration
  • Basic knowledge of deployment workflows and cloud platforms (e.g. DigitalOcean, GitHub Actions)

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with financial software or workflows (ERP systems, accounting, reporting)
  • Familiarity with Docker, testing tools, or workflow automation
