We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Technical Architect to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform, including integrations with other technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, Salesforce configuration expertise, and experience with automation and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Salesforce for user experience and data consistency across all business units
  • Continuously improve Salesforce setup and user experience
  • Automate data updates through flows
  • Build and maintain Salesforce integrations
  • Manage data flow between Salesforce and other systems
  • Assist sales with Quosal maintenance and optimization
  • Support marketing with Account Engagement
  • Implement and maintain Service Cloud and Cloud Coach
  • Develop API connectors, e.g., for Great Plains integration

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience with relevant Admin certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Experience with Salesforce add-ons and platform considerations
  • Strong knowledge of software design and user experience principles
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stay updated with industry trends
