Deputy Director - Governance, Risk Management and Compliance

This critical role requires a highly skilled professional to oversee governance, risk assessment, and compliance within an organization.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned governance, risk management, and compliance expert to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive governance frameworks to ensure organizational alignment
  • Perform thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Manage SIEM systems, incident knowledge bases, and generate reports as needed
  • Conduct regular security audits and reviews of web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and technical reports
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security
  • Masters in Cyber Security is preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance roles
  • Certification in ISO-27001, CISA, and CGEIT is preferred
Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and CIS Controls
  • In-depth knowledge of technological advancements in Information Security and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to convey information regarding security and compliance
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on DevSecOps best practices and industry trends
