**Job Description:**
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, headhunting, and HR management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- SOURCE candidates using multiple job advertisement platforms and headhunting techniques.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and finalize hiring decisions.
- Maintain professional communication with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Track recruitment data and analyze hiring trends to optimize the recruitment process.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements in recruitment strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR, headhunting, and talent acquisition, especially in the BPO industry (Telecom experience preferred).
- Strong expertise in customer support, service, and sales recruitment within the BPO industry.
- Proven ability to source candidates through multiple job platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and make hiring decisions quickly.
- Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and online hiring tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple roles efficiently.
