Technical Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled technical expert to fill this role. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, reproducing, and resolving complex technical issues that impact our customers.

This includes ensuring production systems are running smoothly and performing optimally. You will also collaborate with the Customer Support team to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues or bugs.

Additionally, you will work with development teams to identify, document, and remediate frequently occurring issues. Your duties will include responding to user support queries promptly and professionally, monitoring system health, and proactively identifying potential risks or performance bottlenecks.

You will also be expected to recommend and implement system improvements where necessary and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with developers and other stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will require 2-4 years of professional experience with .NET Core and Angular development.

Your technical skills should include proficiency in C# with .NET Core, a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, experience in developing and maintaining Web APIs, familiarity with Identity Framework for authentication and authorization, hands-on experience with ORM tools like Dapper and Entity Framework, expertise in C# API development for integration with UI and external services, front-end experience with Angular 18 or React JS, solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, HTTP Client, JSON, and Web Services, and experience working with relational and non-relational databases: MySQL, MongoDB, HBase.
