About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Customer Sales Representative to join our team at IBEX Dynamics PVT(LTD). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, and will be able to drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Candidate must have completed matriculation and intermediate education
  • Graduates and Masters candidates with good experience will also be preferred
  • Candidates with 1 year experience in customer care services will be highly recommended
  • Candidate must know how to handle clients on call or through text messages
  • Candidates with 1 year call center experience will also be recommended
  • Candidate must have a good command of MS Excel / MS Office
  • Candidate must have good teamwork ability to handle different tasks assigned by the team leader or team head
  • Candidate must have good communication skills
  • Candidate must possess good sales skills
  • Candidate must be proficient in linguistic languages, with a preference for English
  • Candidate must maintain a good attitude with co-workers
  • Candidate must have a good sense of humor to understand the rules of the market
