Responsibilities include hiring, training, and onboarding new Call Center Agents as needed to meet sales quotas, developing presentations and talks to motivate and educate call center agents, and communicating company goals to employees.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or an outbound call center environment
  • Excellent communication, management, interpersonal, and leadership skills

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring conflict resolution between associates and customers, processing weekly sales leads reports, and overseeing adherence to company best practices for call center management and operations.
