Regional Sales Manager Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve new customer acquisition sales targets for prepaid and postpaid services on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Effectively manage stock levels and optimize inventory.
  • Lead and motivate TSOs and CPOs to achieve their targets and conduct market visits.
  • Manage franchise operations, including receivables through regular visits.
  • Ensure overall target achievement and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the agriculture industry and apply analytical skills.
  • Maintain excellent communication and management skills.
  • B uild and maintain strong relationships and influence at all levels.
Job Requirements
  • Develop and submit monthly tour plans for yourself and your team, ensuring approval from immediate supervisors.
  • Regularly update tour plans with input from immediate supervisors.
  • Conduct customer and market visits according to approved tour plans.
  • Compile and submit detailed market tour reports, including competitor analysis in designated areas, after each visit.
  • Sustain strong relationships with existing franchisees in designated areas.
  • Identify and develop new potential franchisees within designated areas, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Analyze stock movement for individual franchisees, create optimal product mixes based on location and stock movement, and advise franchisees on sales and profitability improvement.
  • Inform franchisees of their performance against set targets and motivate them for better results.
  • Guide franchisees and staff on efficient sales techniques and educate them about product features and benefits.
  • Pursue opportunities in designated markets to enhance sales while improving overall efficiency.
  • Ensure franchisees comply with company policies; report policy violations to supervisors immediately.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the market and keep supervisors informed of any changes.
  • Foster strong working relationships with franchisees in designated areas and address their concerns promptly.
  • Submit daily activity reports to immediate supervisors.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management related to sales and marketing.
