Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement business growth plans to expand operational efficiency and unlock new revenue streams.
- Establish partnerships with key vendors to improve operational stability and business expansion.
- Build and maintain sustainable business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, revenue enablers, and digital collaborations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a business management role within fintech, banking, telecom, or digital financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of NBFC regulations and digital lending frameworks.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
