Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and committed officer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of professional development initiatives across the organization.

This role is essential in ensuring that employees receive the necessary opportunities for career growth and meet professional standards.

The officer will play a hands-on role in maintaining training records, assisting with development plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote continuous learning across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Program Implementation: Align CPD programs with organizational goals and ensure their effective administration.
  • Maintain Training Records: Accurately record CPD participation and certifications to track employee progress.
  • Prepare Materials and Coordinate Events: Assist in preparing CPD materials, coordinate events, and communicate with employees to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Monitor Development Plans: Help employees maintain accurate development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Gather and analyze feedback from CPD sessions to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Manage logistics for internal and external CPD activities, including seminars and workshops.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Relevant CPD, HR, or L&D certifications will be an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
