We collaborate closely with agencies to provide top-tier talent and resources that enhance media buying efforts, streamline automation processes, and optimize CRM management for sales growth and improved in-house capabilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Associate at Growth Guild. The role is based in Rawalpindi but allows for some remote work. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, training & development, and effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in BBA (HR) or related field
  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with recruitment processes is a plus
