About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Strategist to join our team. As an integral part of our brand management teams, you will be responsible for elevating sales and profits while developing the long-term strategy of our Amazon brands. Your primary goal will be to boost sales and improve profitability by designing and implementing advanced strategies on Amazon. You will spearhead new product research & launches, and bring an analytical mindset to continually optimise performance, whilst also managing the general health and day-to-day workings of the Amazon accounts at brand and product level.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced strategies to drive traffic and conversions on Amazon.
  • Take ownership of Amazon PPC campaigns using Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads. Collaborate with other Amazon teams and the Head of Amazon to develop cutting-edge advertising strategies.
  • Analyse performance data from Amazon to uncover trends and actionable insights. Monitor KPIs like CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and conversion rates to refine and optimise strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end listing optimisation including keyword research, titles, bullet points, imagery, and A+ Content. Proactively monitor ASIN performance metrics, rankings, and customer reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including growth marketers, supply chain, creative specialists, and leadership to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
