Backend Development Expertise

We are seeking an experienced software developer to lead our backend development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Go programming and expertise in building scalable and efficient systems.

  • Craft High-Performance Systems: Utilize Go (Golang) to create high-performance, scalable backend systems.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Optimize Applications for Speed and Scalability: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring the system's robustness.
  • Maintain Clean and Well-Documented Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Lead Microservices and API Development: Lead the design and implementation of microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in software development and at least 5 years focused on Go (Golang). A strong understanding of Go's concurrency model, multithreading, and parallel processing is required. Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures is also essential.

Main Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on Go (Golang).
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with containerization technologies and orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and related services.
