About the Role

Farani Taylor & Co is seeking a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our team. As a Corporate Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. File Review: Conduct thorough reviews of files to ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering regulations.
  2. Support to Senior Management: Provide expert guidance and assistance to senior management and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  3. Document Drafting: Prepare and draft letters, emails, business proposals, and correspondence.
  4. Collaboration: Work effectively within a team and individually, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on legal matters, providing insightful recommendations.
  6. Clause Implementation: Possess in-depth knowledge of monitoring the implementation of legal clauses and remain up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Excel Proficiency: Be proficient in MS Excel and possess strong analytical skills.
  8. Availability: Be available to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour break, adhering to UK time zones.
  9. AML Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Anti Money Laundering rules and regulations.
