Senior Finance Position

We are currently seeking a highly experienced finance professional to assume a senior role within our organization in the United States.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in finance and accounts receivable, with a focus on collection and Medicaid billing. A strong track record of successfully working with foreign clients, particularly those based in the USA, is essential.

Key qualifications include:

  • Significant experience working with international clients, especially those in the USA

  • Effective monitoring and evaluation of payer responses to ensure timely payment
  • Development and implementation of efficient systems for streamlining collections
  • Establishment of strong relationships with assigned customers to drive business objectives
  • Participation in regular operations calls with team members to maintain open communication
  • Maintenance of accurate records for all accounts
  • Evaluation and recommendation of solutions for continuous improvement and growth
  • Ensuring prompt cash postings and allocation

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing receipts and cash transactions
  • Assistance with month-end closing procedures
  • Maintenance of comprehensive documentation on collection efforts
