Senior AI Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Developer – AI Specialist to spearhead AI innovation across our portfolio.

This role requires working hours to overlap with CST (Dallas, TX), ensuring seamless collaboration with teams in the United States.

The ideal candidate will design and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, elevate operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI/ML Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and deploy AI/ML models across our brands.
    • Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation in healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, and customer experience.
  • Software Development and Integration:
    • Build scalable software systems integrated with AI technologies to drive efficiency and business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with teams across brands to seamlessly incorporate AI into operational workflows.
  • Leadership and Team Building:
    • Lead efforts to recruit and manage a talented local development team.
    • Establish and oversee a local office, creating a high-performance environment aligned with our standards.
  • Execution and Innovation:
    • Ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives with a focus on speed, execution, and quality.
    • Encourage creative thinking and bring out-of-the-box solutions to complex challenges.
    • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Optimize AI models for real-world deployment with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. in AI/ML is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on work in AI/ML.
    • Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production and delivering results in high-pressure environments.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++; frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn; and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Leadership Skills: Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing technical teams.
    • Execution Focused: Ability to deliver high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative Problem-Solving: An entrepreneurial mindset capable of finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
    • Detail-Oriented: Precision in project planning, coding, and execution.
