Area Sales Managers play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, manage and motivate Dealers/Distributors/Shopkeepers to meet business objectives.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and set ambitious targets for the sales team based on their areas of operation.
  • Identify untapped markets and opportunities, supporting the sales team in establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Educate the sales team on company products, best practices, distributor relationships and promotional strategies to enhance their performance.
  • Oversee timely collections and ensure the sales team meets or exceeds their targets.
  • Verify customer claims promptly and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Ensure seamless delivery to customers, meeting quality expectations without complaints.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, developing strategies to outperform them.
  • Cover responsibilities for junior/senior staff during periods of absence.
Job Requirements

A successful Area Sales Manager will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the market and a strong ability to motivate and guide the sales team.
