We are seeking a skilled Investment Advisor to provide expert advice to our clients on real estate investments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate industry and possess excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. They will be responsible for determining clients' needs and financial abilities, proposing suitable solutions, and negotiating processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
  • Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
  • Client Services: Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc), manage property auctions or exchanges, and maintain and update listings of available properties.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
  • Proven track of successful sales record.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • MS Office familiarity.
  • Real estate agent's or broker's licence.
