We are looking for an experienced Leading Enterprise DevOps Architect with a strong background in infrastructure automation, containerization, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern DevOps practices and be able to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidimensional projects involving multiple cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Design and review architecture and solutions alongside peers to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Guide and mentor other software engineers on design best practices and code quality to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems and facilitate root cause analysis to improve processes.
  • Promote and uphold CI/CD principles in day-to-day engineering practices to optimize delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Must-have experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices, including GitLab and GitHub.
  • Should have 10+ years of experience in the industry.
  • Hands-on experience using Terraform (AWS, Azure, GCP) to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to write and modify Terraform scripts, maintain configurations, and automate infrastructure provisioning.
  • Secure management of Terraform state files and remote backends.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of Gradle for build configuration, tasks, plugins, dependencies, and optimization.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  • Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including serverless/managed services.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
