**Job Title:** Senior Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and procurement contracts.
  • Ensure contracts comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide legal support and guidance to various departments regarding contract terms and risk management.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including vendors, to resolve contract-related disputes or issues.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard contract templates and procedures.
  • Conduct research on contract law and relevant legal developments.
  • Ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as required.

**Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B (required); LL.M or postgraduate legal qualification (preferred).
  • 3 years of relevant experience in contract law, commercial transactions or corporate legal roles.

**Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Pakistani laws and international best practices in contract management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple contracts and deadlines.
  • Proficient in understanding and applying international contract law principles.
