About the Job:

This is a challenging opportunity to lead technical assessments of suppliers during selection, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies and project requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing supplier capacity throughout project execution, addressing any gaps in readiness and ramp-up capabilities.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations of suppliers, collaborating with procurement to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Overseeing training and certification programs for supplier resources, enhancing their competence for project demands.
  • Monitoring key supplier performance metrics, collaborating with project teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Facilitating governance with third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and effective issue resolution.
  • Assisting in managing claims with suppliers and ensuring timely resolution of financial and operational escalations.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to report on supplier status and support strategic project initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in rollout management and field maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in supplier management and operational improvement.
