Outbound Sales Professional

We are seeking an energetic self-starter to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and qualify prospects based on their needs and goals.
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales (B2B).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Benefits:
  • Base Salary + High Commissions.
  • Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM.
