
IT Software Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in the software market. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to leverage their expertise in software sales, build strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT and software sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales. They will be responsible for generating new business leads, demonstrating and presenting products effectively, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
- Demonstrate and present software solutions to potential clients
- Become fluent in all software products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research
- Demonstrate software capabilities to highlight product benefits
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics
- Review sales performance regularly and adjust strategies as needed
- Negotiate contracts and packages with clients
- Work towards monthly or annual sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative software solutions in IT
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in software sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with sales software and tools like Salesforce or similar platforms
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
