About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineering Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our frontend infrastructure and ensuring that it meets the high standards of quality and performance expected by our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and drive alignment on technical priorities.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of scalable, full-stack solutions for mission-critical applications.
  • Design and implement robust testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers in best practices, design patterns, and code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern web technologies and frameworks, and make recommendations for future architectural directions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a frontend engineer working at scale.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to autonomously lead and drive complex implementations.
  • Deep curiosity, customer empathy, and commitment to engineering as a craft.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
  • Mid-level skills working with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, WebSockets, etc.).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (AngularJS and React a plus).
