We are seeking a highly skilled Raw Material Store Incharge to oversee the management of raw materials used in martial arts uniforms and boxing equipment. This role is critical for ensuring timely supply of quality materials to our production department while maintaining accurate stock records.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of various materials including cotton fabric, polycotton, PU/PVC leather, foam, Velcro, and elastic, as well as proficiency in using ERP software for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To manage and maintain an accurate record of all raw materials stored within the warehouse
  2. To conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with inventory control policies
  3. To collaborate with procurement and production teams to source high-quality materials and meet production demands
  4. To implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization
  5. To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in inventory management and material handling

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory management
  • In-depth knowledge of raw materials used in martial arts uniforms and boxing equipment
  • Proficient in using ERP software for inventory and stock management
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling
  • Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO inventory methods
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory systems)
  • Good communication and coordination with procurement and production teams
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety and material handling protocols
