Digital Marketing Strategist

The Performance Marketing Manager is a key role in driving revenue and sales for our dental cover products.
- The ideal candidate will develop and execute paid search strategies on Google, Bing, and other relevant search platforms to increase member acquisition.
- This includes creating and executing campaigns across paid social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels to acquire new members and retain existing ones.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing paid search strategies to drive revenue and sales.
- Creating and executing paid social campaigns to acquire new members and retain existing ones.
- Collaborating with the sales team to align messaging and drive enterprise-level growth.
- Conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities.
Effective management of PPC and paid social budgets to ensure optimal allocation of funds across campaigns and channels.
Testing and ReportingDeveloping testing hypotheses and implementing a prioritized testing plan to ensure continuous learning.
Generating regular reports on key PPC metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per conversion across all advertising platforms.
