We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business expansion, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue through strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive business expansion, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their travel needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  4. Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients, promoting our services and brand, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  5. Promote Premium Travel & Holidays' services and brand through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and industry events.
  6. Identify areas for improvement and track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize business outcomes.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns and strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  8. Represent Premium Travel & Holidays at industry events, travel fairs, and networking opportunities to establish thought leadership and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  2. Strong understanding of travel services, holiday packages, and the leisure tourism market.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving business goals and targets.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
