We are seeking a professional to serve as an intermediary between sellers and buyers in the real estate market.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as a liaison between sellers and buyers, providing guidance on marketing and purchasing properties.
  2. Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions tailored to their requirements.
  3. Facilitate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings.
  4. Conduct comparative market analyses to estimate property values.
  5. Maintain listings of available properties and showcase them to potential buyers.
  6. Prepare necessary documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
  7. Manage property auctions or exchanges.
  8. Collaborate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors to ensure smooth transactions.
  9. Nurture networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to expand business opportunities.
  10. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  11. Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices to provide expert advice.
Requirements and Skills
  1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
  2. A track record of successful sales.
  3. The ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.
