E-Commerce Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Project Manager with extensive experience in launching and branding e-commerce apps and transportation businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with sales objectives.
- Managing the sales team, including corporate accounts, to achieve business growth.
- Identifying new market opportunities and proposing innovative sales strategies to increase merchant onboarding and app downloads.
- Utilizing social media, SEO, paid advertising, partnerships, and email marketing to enhance brand presence.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Familiarity with e-commerce software development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce and Transportation industries.
- 3-5 years managing software projects within an eCommerce context.
- Educational background in Software Engineering, IT, CS, etc., with experience in eCommerce organizations.
- Excellent time management and adaptability skills.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- $120K-$150K salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
