The Admin Manager position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of administrative activities and procedures in the office. This includes planning and coordinating administrative systems, streamlining processes, and monitoring inventory of office supplies.

Additionally, the Admin Manager will respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails, and assist with handling human resources activities, including payroll and personnel databases.

They will also ensure prompt ordering and stocking of office supplies and equipment, and answer queries from candidates. The Admin Manager must supervise clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.

This role requires understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies. Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles is also necessary. Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have proficient skills in MS Office, analytical mind with problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and leadership skills. A BS degree in Marketing or Administrative, or a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience is required.
