We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise. With a focus on delivering high-quality services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding email and live chat support to clients, addressing their technical queries and concerns.
  • Deploy, automate, support, and troubleshoot cloud services, ensuring seamless performance and uptime.
  • Migrate applications to our platform, leveraging your expertise in cloud migration and deployment.
  • Build, operate, and support AWS Cloud environments, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including playbooks, to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance and upgrade activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Hosting Support Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux-based servers and virtualization technologies, with the ability to quickly understand new technologies.
  • Experience with cPanel/WHM Control Panel, WordPress/Magento stack (PHP, MySQL), and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • For remote workers: a quiet working environment free of distractions and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Bonus Skills
  • Proficiency in writing Bash, Python, and Ansible scripts, with experience in automating cloud deployments and tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, including its various services and features.
