Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Compliance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to contribute to shaping the future of our organization with confidence.

As an Executive Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our client acceptance processes. You will lead a dedicated team, overseeing the preparation of client acceptance files and ensuring that all necessary information is meticulously gathered.

This position offers you the chance to enhance your leadership skills while contributing to a culture of ethical standards and professionalism within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of client acceptance files and ensure all necessary information is gathered.
  • Manage the Center of Excellence and report directly to the Onshore MENA independence team.
  • Communicate, review, and conclude on all independence evaluations related to client acceptance.
  • Work closely with the onshore independence team to ensure compliance and quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Risk, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
