Compliance Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Training Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs on compliance policies, procedures, and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and implement engaging training content that enhances employee knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and assessments to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design effective training solutions.
  • Analyze training metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulatory requirements and incorporate this into training programs as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Certification in Compliance or related field is a plus.
