Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic objectives.

Job Description:

The Operations Director will be responsible for contributing to the development and refinement of our strategies, ensuring that the operational functions of the organization are run effectively and efficiently.

  1. Develop and review the operations division's strategy, ensuring that the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the heads of department.
  2. Liaise with other directors on the implementation of the organization's strategic and operational plans.
  3. Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison on all organizational affairs at a level acceptable to the board of operations and controls.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellence and expertise in financial management, administration, operations, IT, and other operational affairs.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the environment of financial, administration, and HR planning.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing a team at a professional level.
